Luna is racing to finish her novel for book club by 7 pm sharp tonight. Her friends have a bet that she won’t finish on time. Every month it gets pushed to the bottom of her to do list but it’s not her fault work is so long, the gym is so tiring, and her phone seems to be much more interesting instead of reading. She’s resorting to the audio book but hopefully no one will find out. Thank god Spotify has a 3x speed option otherwise she’d have to accept defeat early. The characters are sounding a lot like Alvin and the Chipmunks but she’ll do anything to prove her adversaries wrong!
