Lenora is rotting in bed today. She deserves it after all. Being a trauma surgeon is exhausting and highly unglamorous. Yesterday was the most chaotic day she’s had in a while. First was the woman who stapled her own hand to her craft desk in a fit of DIY rage. Second was the teenager who jumped off a roof onto a broken trampoline to impress his friends (who broke the trampoline earlier and forgot to tell him). Third was when half her nursing staff got food poisoning from the lunch the hospital comped. Today Lenora’s only job is to binge the second season of Real Housewives of Dubai.
